The first snow of the season here in Oregon started tonight!!!! Emma got excited and with in a few minutes she ran outside. She hurried back inside and got her gloves and coat so she could go out and make a snowball(which is shown below). And right this very minute, she is making a little snowman! Hope is mad because she doesn't want to miss school, but everyone else is excited because maybe school will be canceled.

That's cool. Way to go Emma. It is just cold here. The kids would love to have snow and the school out for the day.

Oh so school closes out there for a centimeter of snow as well.. I find that to be totally ridiculous.. If it even starts to snow out here the schools close and I'm like this is absurd I went to school in three feet of snow and you guys close for a little dusting.. sheesh it's pathetic..
Emma is too cute! she looks pretty in the snow.

Oh, sure! We move to Idaho and you get snow! We've had dustings but not enough to make a snowball. Just north of us they're getting up to 2' at a time. Oh well, at least I don't have to drive in it. Glad to see your so excited Emma! ~Stacey
