Sewing #2

I'm not sure why I have fallen in love with aprons lately, but when I saw this one I had to make it! Called the Josephine, I rename it Emma. This time I really didn't swear, I swear ;)

That's really cute Lora! I think aprons would be fun to make. I bought a fun retro looking pattern earlier this fall that I was going to try to make for my Crafty Ladies show, but never made it. Hopefully I'll remember to give it a try this summer and not wait until the last minute again. I'm really good at that. :)

Lora, you inspired me last time. I got out an apron that I had cut out over 6 years ago. It is all still there pinned to the pattern pieces. I looked at the sewing directions and have it out and ready to sew this next weekend. I am so excited!!!!

SWEET!!! I love it. Mass skills, that's what you got. Miss Emma looks adorable, sweeter than whatever it is she's whipping up.

What's next?!

Heidi,

I do iron when I am working on something big, and this was big. I didn't show both sides but this is reversible, so dang cute :)

The apron & Emma are seriously cute!! I love making cute aprons, and now I want one just like this one! I just might make me a "Josephine"...I mean an "Emma." :)

I love it and better yet now Emma has an apron you really don't have to ever cook again!!!! You can just put your little apron on when someone knocks on the door so it appears you were cooking!!! Don't forget to sprinkle a little flour. Emma looks darling does she love the apron?

Yes Aunt Judy, I love it! But i'm not really agreeing with the "mom will never have to cook again" part! :)

I'm glad you love it Emma and I'm sure you won't have to do ALL of the cooking. You are a sweet girl.
love you.
