Go Fish

For FHE we decided to take advantage of a local lake and go fishing. We have only gone fishing a couple of times since we have been married, and every time we have gone we haven't caught anything so it isn't something we do often. I thought it might be a good idea for George to show Tayler how to at least try to catch a fish. I was thinking I would be happy if we got a bite.
Well that must be the trick, don't plan on catching anything and then TADA, you catch some fish :)
So George caught the first one, Tayler caught the second one and then Emma wanted in on the fun and she caught one!! Then George got another one, and he almost got one more and if we were true fishermen and would have had a net we would have had that one too.

Four fish!! That is more than we have caught in our whole married lives, isn't that amazing!! Well I am excited, it was nice to actually do some CATCHING instead of just FISHING.

That looks like so much fun. That is one thing I miss is not going fishing. Rocky reminds me of Smokey waiting for the fish to come in. Sometimes Smokey would jump in and try to bring them ashore to you and make you loose them. He was one crazy dog. Course Tuffy liked to fish also and he loved being in the boat with his face in the wind. Great memories.

So much fun! Did you go to the lake that could be a mistaken for very ugly woman? Funny, we took some friends from that area who are now in our ward boating for FHE, we chatted about said ugly lady lake... made me miss it more.

Hurray for catching fish though! I've been skunked too many times to call fishing an enjoyable pastime. So, did you eat'm?

HOw much fun is that, yeah! well, in reply to your recent comment, you could change things, It is so much fun to change it and it will grow back, but if George won't go for short, you can still do plenty to change, I did a google image search putting in different hair style ideas. it was fun. now I want to change the color.

What fun!! Catching fish is definately better than just the sitting with no fish!

Hey Lora - that looks like you guys had fun! We took the boys to Hagg Lake about a year ago with Chico's Uncle and they had a blast!! Mateo was the only one that caught anything, but it was way too small to keep so it went back in. Just down the bank from us was this lady that was pulling in a fish every few minutes and no one else was catching any!
I made a comment that she must be sitting in the "magic spot" and some other guy near us said she's there all the time and it doesn't matter where she sits, she catches tons of fish! Wonder what her secret is?

Also, I wanted to say that I'm enjoying your songs on here, especially Piano Man. I love old Billy Joel!!

Take care!
